The purpose of this role is to meet the regulatory requirements with the aim of embedding good practice through the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and the successful delivery of operational quality assurance processes. This will include taking the lead/participate in external regulatory audits, undertake internal audits, take the lead on malpractice / maladministration investigations, responsible for the processing of all appeals, produce and analyse data as and when required. Provide support to the development/improvement of internal systems and processing including testing and go-live/launches.
Maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements, develop and maintain a thorough understanding of policies, processes and procedures, adhere to internal procedures and quality standards to ensure good practice and customer satisfaction. Attendance at meetings/customer training on and off site as and when required along with attendance at relevant events/conferences.
You will hold one or more; assessor or quality assurance qualification; degree or certificate in education, ISO9001 internal auditor qualification; project management qualification. Experience of quality assurance in the regulatory sector essential, project management essential. The ability to co-ordinate several projects simultaneously, attention to detail and accuracy critical.
