Internal Customer Account Manager

Milton Keynes

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Salary: Basic £24,000 - £26,000 / OTE of £38,000 - £40,000

Overview of company/role

  • Proactively manage all retention, resign and client account activities, to maintain annual targets
  • Drive increased revenue growth and existing customer base penetration through upsell, cross-sell and price management as per annual targets

Major Responsibility Areas

  • Increasing revenue per customer by upselling solutions and services to existing customers
  • Manage relationships with customers to keep retention high and churn low
  • Manage activity, appointments, demonstrations, leads and revenue increase achievements out of Sales Force CRM

Requirements

  • Proven Telesales ability - minimum 3 years sales experience as an outbound Inside or Telesales representative. Prior B2B SaaS sales experience with WebEx or virtual sales presentation skills required
  • Experience with ROI business selling and operating expense management
  • Strong computer experience and time management skills are required
  • Working knowledge of Sales Force and GPS systems preferable
  • Solid knowledge and experience with MS office, Outlook, Sales Force CRM system and WebEx demonstration tools
  • Customer relationship and conflict management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders
  • Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational wayand builds successful working relationships
  • Displays a sound business judgment and decision making capability
