Redex Recruitment are currently working with a leading independent plant hire business based on the outskirts of Brentwood, Essex. Due to continued growth within the company they now require a full-time Bookkeeper to join their team.
Working hours 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control
- Purchase ledger
- Monthly management accounts
- Payroll and pension processing
- Credit card payment allocations
- VAT returns
- Report outstanding debt to company Director and issue legal action if required
- Credit notes
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Previous Sage knowledge is essential for the position along with strong Bookkeeping abilities. Due to company location you will require to drive and have access to own transport.
