Premier Work Support are currently recruiting a Telesales Co-ordinator for a growing business, based on the outskirts of Billericay.

As a telesales co-ordinator you'll be expected to sell the products and services of the company by calling prospective clients in order to assist with company growth. You will be required to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service and answer any questions. You will be required to direct prospect clients to the field sales team when needed and keep the company database up to date, with all customer information and process orders in an accurate manner.

You will be required to carry out diary management for the Director and follow up on all their appointments. You will be expected to arrange meetings with suppliers and prepare all documentation for meetings. It is essential that you meet set targets and KPI's. Also you will carry out any general ad-hoc duties as required by the company.

To be successful for this role you will be required to have proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales, customer service role. Construction industry experience will be desirable. You will need to be computer literate in Microsoft office applications, with excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to learn product knowledge efficiently. You will need a positive, can-do attitude.

It is essential you have access to your own transport due to company location.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
