I am recruiting for 2 x Sales Coordinators to join this growing team, on permanent basis, starting immediately, paying circa £16,000-£18,000 + commission. Conveniently located in Swindon, there is onsite parking and is also commutable by bus. This really is an exciting and successful time for this organisation, growing year on year.

As a Sales Coordinator, your role will be to liaise with active and new customers:
-Inbound and outbound calls
-Effectively manage all the leads allocated, prioritising when required
-Up-selling and Cross-selling between other products and services
-Account management and business development
-Customer service - order processing
-To respond efficiently to all leads and customer requests
-Produce and maintain daily contact sheet and activity report
-Create and maintain department processes and procedures, documentation and archive
To ensure you have the relevant skills and experience to deliver this, you must be able to demonstrate:
-A strong back ground within customer services, with an up-selling and cross-selling perception or sales
-Effective communication both written and verbal
-The ability to liaise with internal and external points of contact at all levels
-Confidence and competence when making decisions
-Great organisational skills with the ability to solve problems
-An eye for detail with confidence to question errors
-IT literacy with fast and accurate keyboard skills
-A proven ability to work accurately whilst under pressure
-A positive and flexible approach to work
-The ability to build rapport
-Achievement of agreed targets and objectives - annual and periodic
-Achievement of performance Key indicators
-Challenge the status quo
-Good negotiation skills
-Personable and able to engage effectively with customers, team, colleagues and stakeholders
-Highly numerate and results focused
-Work independently with minimal supervision
