Graduate Business Development Executive. Staines. £25,000 (£35K OTE)

A travel technology business that manages software for customers such as KPMG, PWC and Shell, our client is firmly established – but still enjoying continuous growth! They’re looking for Business Development Executives to help fuel this momentum!   

The successful candidate will follow a structured programme to encourage their career growth! Working closely with sales and marketing, you will develop business relationships with targeted accounts, shadowing in meetings that you schedule. Initially delivering online demonstrations for smaller opportunities, the Graduate Business Development Executive will take increasing ownership within the business – running business meetings and liaising with clients independently.

The higher end of the average order value is £250K over 3 year contracts. Earning potential is therefore superb – nesting amongst a suite of other excellent benefits, including an outgoing, friendly office atmosphere with regular socials and excellent scope for progression!

The Role:

- Strategically identify prospective customers in conjunction with sales and marketing, contacting them to schedule business meetings
- Develop rapport with the key decision makers of targeted accounts
- Learn about the product and shadow business meetings in order to obtain knowledge so as to best meet customer needs
- Deliver online demonstrations to clients, running them as far through the sales process as you can
- As you progress, independently execute meetings and manage client relationships
