A leading Facilities Management company, focused on providing the best possible solution for their clients are seeking for a talented Bid Manager to join their talented UK sales team of 4.
The company have been growing rapidly and have a heavy focus on innovation and technology. Their expertise and accreditation's ensure they always deliver a high quality of service. In response to this, there is a need for a new Bid Manager to join the team.
The job will sit within the Business Development team and will report into the Head of Bid Management.
- To convert work winning opportunities into successful and profitable contracts
- Work with the bid team and other Work Winning resources to identify client win themes and critical success factors.
- To develop an environment in which the team work in accordance with company values
- Relevant industry qualifications would be preferred but is not essential.
- at least 3+ years in bid management
- Good project management skills, with the ability to successfully drive through and complete work well within timescale and budget.
