Printed.com, an upwardly mobile specialist in the online print arena, requires a new Data Analyst to join the team at HQ in Central London.
You will play an integral role within the Marketing team through the provision of actionable and insightful customer information. The role offers responsibility for the analysis of customer and product data from both internal and external sources. The Data Analyst primarily uses internal data software to provide analysis, insights and recommendations for marketing and product planning.
This is a vital role in helping to improve marketing conversion metrics, predictions via modelling and offering support and development to customer retention strategies.
You will create and analyse marketing campaigns and provide customer selections for campaigns and communications based on agreed segmentation and profiling. You will also be involved post campaign, where your analysis will inform future opportunities.
It is expected that candidates will offer exceptional data analysis management skills and direct experience of using either SPSS, Tableau, SAP BO, Cognos or Pentaho. Providing and applying statistical / marketing modelling for decision making within a sales focused marketing team is also highly desired.
