Senior Account Manager / Account Director
Our client is a vibrant, small and expanding agency who specialise in working for pharmaceutical clients launching new products into the UK and European market.
They have experienced impressive growth in the last year and are looking for an experienced SAM/AD level candidate to join the team and report into a board director.
You should have considerable agency and client-side experience with experience of launching a pharma brand. You will be working on a selection of clients and will be responsible for the managing client relationships, providing solutions, managing campaigns and developing business.
Making use of appropriate resources and meeting profitability targets and quality standards in accordance with timelines and budgets will form a key part of the role. In addition, you should be capable of developing business with clients, organically by proactively identifying opportunities and proposing solutions as well as leading or participating in new business pitches and tactical proposals.
The position will suit a person capable of building strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers, third parties and colleagues and it is essential that you are a team player.
You will be joining a successful business and will receive excellent benefits including hours of 9 - 5 with some flexibility around working, pension, profit and performance related bonuses, healthcare and 25 days + bank holidays. Some European travel will be required.
£40,000 - £50,000 ae + flexible working and outstanding benefits.
