Accountancy Action is currently recruiting for a Legal Aid Billings Assistant to join a team on a permanent basis. Candidates must have some form of legal aid experience, ideally within a legal department and be keen to learn further.
- Sending bills out to clients.
- Issuing credit notes, split bills & consolidated bills.
- Processing write offs and transfers.
- Setting up / amending fee rates and VAT codes.
- File management - closing files.
- Legal aid.
- General ad-hoc duties as and when required.
