Working at a large, high profile Corporate site in the centre of Cardiff, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for delivering all Soft FM service lines on behalf of a leading national Facilities Management service provider.

This role would ideally suit a Facilities Manager with a track record at Manager level or a Supervisor ready to step up into a Manager role who has a strong Corporate background.

My client is a recognised national Facilities Management service provider


With a passion for first class service delivery in a high profile and corporate environment, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for delivering cleaning, man guarding, porterage, pest and waste service lines through teams of employees.

The majority of the facilities service lines are self delivered and as such this person will manage the direct delivery and performance of a large team including daily set up, rotas, appraisals and performance management.

This large site in Cardiff forms part of a wider contract and as such this person will have an excellent support network from which to draw on and will play a large part in the team's successful delivery of the contract.


The successful Facilities Manager will evidence the following:

- Excellent track record in delivering bundled Soft FM service lines ideally to a large corporate site

- Man management experience having managed large teams

- Knowledge of rotas, HR process and appraisals

- Demonstrable experience delivering excellent customer service

- Able to influence at all levels

- Commutable of Cardiff

Job Offer

In return for the above my client is offering a salary of £28000 - £30000 + package
