DUTY MANAGER required for a venue outside the Milton Keynes area. TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED DUE TO LOCATION.

As DUTY MANAGER candidates require a strong conference and banqueting operations background at a supervisory level from within a hotel or similar. Preferably you will have held a supervisory role for 2 years within a busy Conference, Banqueting, Wedding focussed property. The role will require that you are responsible for all areas whilst on a designated duty shift overseeing food and beverage / conference and banqueting service.

As DUTY MANAGER you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of this venue on a day to day rota basis which does include week-ends. Shift work will be involved working 5 days out of 7. You will be working as part of the management team within this venue and your role will be hands on supporting the venue manager ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained and exceeded.

The salary for DUTY MANAGER is given as £19,000 to £21,500 per annum. Live out only and transport will be required due to shift work.
