Individual Healthcare Advisor

Location: Ringwood

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: Up to 23K (dependant on experience) + bonus + benefits

Our client is one of the UK's leading insurance brokers, employee benefits, healthcare and financial planning consultancies. The group has over 30 offices in a variety of locations across England and Wales.

The Role:

This award winning company are looking for an Individual Healthcare Advisor to join their team in Ringwood, the ideal candidate will have a background and knowledge of healthcare insurance however this is not essential. Our client will also look at strong telesales / account management / customer services background with a keen interest to start a career in Insurance.

  • Managing business relationships regarding the renewal of policies
  • Providing technical support
  • Acting as primary point of contact for clients
  • Managing an existing client portfolio, securing new clients in order to generate profitable income
  • Providing an excellent service.
  • Providing accurate reports containing activity and results
  • General ad hoc duties as required

The Candidate:

  • High level of ambition
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong customer handling skills teamed with a positive approach
  • Desire to achieve results
  • The ability to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent timekeeping
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport
  • The ability to work to targets and KPIs
  • Experience within either insurance (beneficial)
  • Attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Enjoy taking on a new challenge
