An exciting and massively growing family run business who have run for more than 40 years are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to work out of the newly renovated offices in Neasden, North West London. They are looking to pay £19k-£23k and OTE £15K realistically in your first year but it is uncapped so you can earn as much as you put in! The highest earner last year took home over £40k. 90% New Business - so you can not be afraid to cold call and build NEW relationships.
Please note - after 3 months you will be passing on the accounts to the Account Management team so you can focus on building your desk.

You will be managing a lot of NEW accounts but will be passing them on to the Account Management team after 3 months - and looking for new opportunities within the Office Supplies world - selling a full office supply solution.
The Inside sales executive will build new relationships and with lapsed clients. It is your role to ensure customer satisfaction is at its highest whilst ensuring you have the companies best interest at all times. Your main role will be to look after existing business and grow that business.

Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and determine sales opportunities as Internal Sales Executive
*Handle incoming customer enquiries
*Develop business within the list and territory you will be given
*Prospecting Activity - Office based in Neasden
*Log calls and update database accurately with prospect information
*Promote various Services offered by the company to clients
*Stay current on trends within market, and products
*Stay up to date on competitors and their route to market
*Demonstrate the advantages of working with the family run business
*Process orders on back office software
*Provide customers with the a great customer experience
*Proactively find ways to save clients' money
*Perform other responsibilities and duties as required by the company
*Contribute ideas and make suggestions to help the company grow and develop to achieve best practice
*Follow Policies, uphold a professional standard, and perform any tasks for clients or internally with pride and in a respectful manner
*Attend meetings and team briefings - Neasden / Account Manager
