Our client is a luxury country house hotel, set within extensive beautifully manicured grounds. They have sumptuous accommodation, an award-winning restaurant, and a championship golf course.

As an experienced Spa Operations Manager, you will be able to drive and lead the operational and financial direction of the spa ensuring complete viability of the spa and maximising all opportunities and resources. You will ensure that the highest standards are adhered to, and that guest experience exceeds expectation, ensuring revenue is maximised and repeat business is driven.

Working closely with the Sales team you will establish and maintain marketing objectives, operating criteria, programming, budgeting and VIP guest visits.

As an engaging people manager, you will lead by example. Having been successful as a Spa Operations Manager, you will foster your knowledge, energy and passion within your team’s approach to their daily activities. You will be driven by seeing your team personally develop and grow, ensuring each individual has the training, development and support they need to do the best job they can.

Our client is driven, and passionate about creating wonderful experiences for their guests, and believes that the addition of the Spa will add to this experience. They continue to have ambitious plans, and vision and are looking for a Spa Operations Manager to help them do this by the investment in the leisure activities.

To be successful in this role, you must:

possess a proven track record in Spa Management including retail sales and achieving targets

have experience gained within the luxury lifestyle and hotel sector

be an exceptional customer service ambassador and have a flair for attention to detail

demonstrate effective direction and encouragement to your team and the wider peer group

be experienced in the performance management cycle

have a team spirited nature, with an ability to naturally engage with people
