Business Recruitment Manager
My Financial Services Company are looking for a Business Solutions Manager. This is a field based position to recruit firms within a defined geographic area in order to meet business plan targets for new Adviser acquisitions. The ideal applicant will live in the North West.
Some Key Tasks
- To proactively prospect within the allocated area to secure new recruits in order to meet personal sales targets.
- To assist in the development of the Groups proposition by implementing a systematic approach for collecting Adviser feedback, competitor and market intelligence and providing this to Marketing.
- Awareness of operational and regulatory risk, which may impact on the Group. Responsible for reporting to their line manager any risk which may impact on the business.
- To work in conjunction with the relevant RDM/Compliance Consultant(s) in order to build strong relationships at senior and board level with accounts in the geographical area allocated.
Knowledge & Experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the Directly Authorised
- Market Experience of working within the financial services industry
- Full driving license is required
- Basic Compliance Knowledge
- Certificate in Financial Planning (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards within a set timescale.
