We are looking for an experienced French Speaking Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team.
Your main responsibilities will include: Liaising with suppliers regarding any queries Coding up purchase invoices and expenses and post to Purchase Ledger Posting case receipts and payments, as well as cash allocation on both sales and purchase ledger Propose purchase ledger payment runs and agree schedule of payments Reconcile supplier statements and inter-company accounts and agree balances with client offices Reconciliations on bank accounts, as well as some other balance sheet accounts, including purchase and sales ledger control Run full month-end procedures on all ledgers Entry of PO related invoices for all companies Ensure complete adherence to the invoice metrics logging process
You should be conversant in English, fluent in French, passionate about Finance and have a practical knowledge of SUN systems.
The role is permanent, and we are looking for candidates who can start ASAP. Your time spent with us is important, therefore you will be required to work 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
