OneFamily are currently recruiting for a part qualified CIMA FP Management Accountant to join our FP&A team our site in Central Brighton.

Purpose of Role:

  • Assisting on Month-end and all related Management Reporting.

  • Responsible for the production of Weekly Dashboard, Over 50’s Commission & Foundation MI Reports.

  • Support the production of regular and ad-hoc management information including Budgeting and Forecasting.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Regulatory requirements: Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and best practice requirements.

  • Commercial focus: Complete all tasks accurately and within deadlines.

  • Customer focus: Work with other stakeholders, internal and external, to meet mutual objectives.

  • Development: Maintain the appropriate level of technical competency required. Adopt behaviours that are in line with OneFamily’s Values.

Management Reporting:

  • Completion of monthly costing analysis to ensure costs are allocated correctly within OneFamily reporting structure

  • Assist with production, distributing and checking of OneFamily Budgets and Forecasts.

  • Compile, check and produce the OneFamily Weekly Dashboard on company sales data.

  • Run and produce month end reports for Sales Commission payments.

  • Maintain and own monthly financial data and reports relating to OneFamily’s Foundation activities.

  • Create and maintain systems to monitor and report on OneFamily’s strategic deliverables.

  • Provide support for the delivery of the regular weekly, monthly management information requirements to and other ad-hoc management reports within the agreed timescales.

  • Working with the team to maintain the processes and financial data on supporting systems.

Skills, knowledge & experience:

  • CIMA part-qualified

  • General technical accounting skills with experience in month end reporting.

  • Ability to produce, high quality, relevant reports accurately and within deadlines.

  • Good communication skills and well organised.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable with a positive approach.

  • Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Confident spreadsheet user (use of Array, Sumifs, lookups, sumproduct functions)

  • Confident Powerpoint and Thinkcell user
