• Experience working on large scale PPC accounts (multiple accounts, markets, above £1m per year in ad spend);

• Advance PPC background - with solid knowledge of Display, Social Media and Affiliate Marketing and how these integrate within the entire digital mix;

• Knowledge and understanding of SEO would be extremely beneficial;

• Superb client facing, both for day to day operations and presenting results up to senior management;

• Solid experience with 3rd party bidding tools (e.g. DS3, Kenshoo, Marin, DBM etc.);

• Experienced with tracking platforms (GA, GA 360, Adobe Analytics etc.);

• Be a highly skilled project manager capable of coordinating multiple project strands;

• Experience working with travel sector clients would be preferable;

• Be highly efficient and well organised;

• Be fluent in English both written and spoken, additional language skills are a bonus;

• Be confident presenting ideas and concepts to audiences including clients, suppliers and internal teams;

• Be able to deliver against strict and last minute deadlines without compromising quality;

• Be comfortable working under pressure;

• Have good documentation skills;

• Be able to demonstrate good communication skills and possess the ability to converse well with other team members and clients in a clear, understandable way;

• You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience:

• Ideally have 5 years’ experience in paid media, preferably within an agency environment;

• Have experience coordinating and managing several client accounts concurrently;

• Have demonstrable experience dealing with media spends in excess of £1million per annum;

• Be experienced in dealing with clients at all levels of seniority and be able to build long term collaborative working relationships;

• Experience managing a team, offering leadership and direction;

• Either have your own transport or the ability to travel independently to the office;

• Be willing to travel to industry/client events. Education:

• Ideally you will be educated to degree level in a Business, Marketing or IT related subject;

• You will possess GSCE (or equivalent) in English and maths at grade C or above.
