This well established services group is a leader in it's field and employer of choice with operations throughout the globe. They continue to experience growth both organically and through acquisition. and are now seeking a Financial Planning & Reporting Manager to take charge of their FP&A, month -end for both their UK and international businesses as well as ad-hoc special projects work eg M&A, investment appraisals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate all corporate planning processes, including budget, forecasts and 5 Year Plan for P&L, cash flow, balance sheet
  • Update corporate financial model monthly
  • Prepare quarterly UK forecast update
  • Improve business performance through implementation of appropriate business planning processes and provision of high quality Management Information to the business
  • All planning activities including views of P&L, cash flow, balance sheet
  • Prepare monthly reporting package for management and the Board, including comparative reports of operating results and financial position with variance explanations and commentary. This will involve liaising with the business as well as regional management accountants.
  • Responsible for the preparation of short and long term cash forecasts
  • Prepare reporting packs
  • Special projects as required, and deputizing for the FC when required

You are a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) ideally with a proven background in management accounting gained within a fast paced, multi-currency environment. Exceptional ACA's straight from practice will also be considered. You are also a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
