Currently recruiting for an exciting, newly created European Inventory Manager role.

Due to continuous organic growth across Europe the business are looking for an individual to head up a newly formed centralised European inventory team in based in Andover. This will see you having a lead role in setting up a new team of people responsible for stock analysis.

You and the team will be overseeing inventory levels across 200+ sites in Europe. The data collected from each cycle count will be analysed in depth to provide information around products being used, due to expire, missing and highlighting any lot number discrepancies.

This role requires an individual who has a strong inventory background that has the ability to motivate a team as well as utilise IT systems. (Excel & ERP)

• Overall management of the inventory team’s performance as well as recruitment, development and improvement
• Meeting client expectations in line with contractual SLA and KPI agreements
• Using ERP to track and control the process of audits reporting to both internal and external customers
• Investing historical PO numbers
• Recommend and action corrections of inventory records
• Develop strategic plan

Excellent IT skills including Excel (pivot tables and forumlas) 
ERP system experience
Minimum 5 years inventory management experience 
Experience of managing a team
