CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
Customer Experience Associate
Would you like to be a key team member working for a growing and leading national charity?
You will be part of a team offering products and services. The majority of your work will be with private consumers but you will also support the Field Sales Team in delivering excellent customer services to public, corporate and third sector clients.
You will have the opportunity to challenge and stretch yourself daily whilst working in a rewarding environment.
You will be working a 35 hour week Monday to Friday, service is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm so start and finish times will be allocated within the team.
Your duties will include:
Answering and managing inbound calls, emails and mail from customers
Identifying, exploring and assessing customer needs, engaging with them to ensure they receive the right product
Building relationships and trust
Meeting sales targets and other KPI’s
Delivering outbound sales campaigns
Maximising all opportunities
Ensuring all records of customer interactions are recorded
You will have:
Excellent experience of external customer interaction and ability to explore, sense check and meet customer needs
A minimum of one year experience in a sales or customer relationship environment
Experience of working in a target driven environment, meeting and exceeding targets
Good negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
IT literate – Microsoft Office
