A fantastic opportunity for an experience Sales Support Assistant to join a market leading company. Our client are a worldwide electronic distributor with 4 sites based in the UK. You will be based in the Aylesbury site.
Your new role
As a Sales Support Assistant, you will support the sales team to ensure the quotes and sales orders are accurate and produced in a timely manner. You will targeted to ensure the new sales quotes are processed and returned to the sales team within a timely manner. This will require you to review the sales order to ensure the contents are correct and accurate. Your goal will be to ensure that you are achieving the best margins possible on the products. This will mean challenging both the sales team and the suppliers if you feel there are differences in the quoted price to the pricing you were expecting.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful as the Sales Support Assistant you will need:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Competent in planning and organising
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of c£25,000.
25 days plus Bank Holidays.
