Outline:

Our prestigious client is seeking an enthusiastic, diligent and proactive Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a well respected company on the Wrexham Industrial Estate. Suitable candidates will have general administration knowledge and very strong purchase ledger skills.

The Job Role:

  • Checking invoices
  • Working out VAT payments Check and reconcile statements
  • File invoices and statements
  • Deal with purchase enquiries
  • Raising Purchase Orders and reconciling supplier accounts on Purchase Ledger
  • Filing all paperwork generated within the Accounts team
  • Credit control
  • Coordinating with suppliers and customers as needed
  • Supporting all aspects of accounting function
  • Working efficiently and effectively as part of a team

Experience/Requirements:

  • To work under pressure in a very busy environment
  • Must be punctual and hold excellent attendance record
  • Reactive to varied requests from our client with positive attitude
  • Computerised accounting purchase-ledger experience, preferably
  • SAGE 200.
  • Attention to detail and presentable
  • Good standard of numeracy
  • Hours: Monday - Friday
  • 9am - 5.30pm (15 minute morning and afternoon break and a 30 minute lunch)
  • Pay: £18,000 P/A
