Business Analysis Manager

£80,000 - £85,000

+ 12.5% bonus + car allowance + pension


This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior, commercially minded, analyst to work for a leading UK entertainment and leisure company. They have been established for over 20 years and now work across EMEA. Over the last three years they have doubled their locations and revenue has expanded massively to become the biggest player in Europe.

Role of Business Analysis Manager

This is an entirely new position for the company, and one that has come from the need to have powerful insights into the market to support their business decisions. As such an element of shaping this role to you will be necessary.

You will work alongside different business units and have a dotted line in the MD

- Working with third party data providers and market research companies where appropriate
- Understanding local markets and demographics
- Understanding the effect of bringing new product to market
- Working alongside senior stakeholders for other teams and being able to advise and challenge business decisions based on insight
- Forecasting the market size
- Presenting key insights on market trends and competitor performance
- Produce scheduled reports on insights whilst also working on bigger longer term ad hoc projects
- Size prospective markets and assess market attractiveness

Who are they looking for?

As this is a new role for the business, they are keen to find the right personality and company fit who can liaise with multiple stakeholders whilst also setting up new processes.

- Experience in planning and analysis role at a senior level
- Ability to influence Head of and Director level stakeholders
- Strong commercial understanding of key drivers to a business
- Any financial qualification is a benefit but not essential
