I'm looking for a talented, focused, Senior Chef de Partie ready to be a Junior Sous chef for a stunning 3 AA Rosettes Restaurant in West London. This restaurant is combining the best fresh seasonal ingredients. This is a fast paced kitchen, and you will have the opportunity to work with great ingredients and learn in depth about modern cuisine with a great Head chef who worked for a well-known Hotel in London for many years.
The senior chef de partie will have worked in Rosette restaurants, be passionate about working with great ingredients, be fully dedicate to work with the brigade and wants to progress. You will need to be confident working across the sections.
The Senior Chef de Partie role offers £26k. Alongside growing in a well-established restaurant, you'll be part of a hard working team passionate about modern British cuisine cooking who strive to develop and maintain the highest standards in Modern cooking.
