My client is an industry leader in a dynamic sector.

They are currently seeking to recruit a 'Project Manager' who will be able to provide; aid in planning, execution of the plan, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

This role will include directing resources and co-ordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

The Project manager will be fully conversant with the project’s objectives and will ensure this is delivered in full to their delivery team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Duties (not exhaustive)

  • Liaison with customers so that detail, operational understanding and delivery to expectations are commonplace

  • Maintain detailed project plans

  • Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary

  • Resolving cross-functional issues at project level

  • Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary

  • Monitoring project progress and performance

  • Effectively communicate project progress to contract based staff

  • The management of site productivity and performance


  • Management, understanding and adherence to health and safety legislation and policy

  • Attendance of pre-contract handover and post contract reviews where appropriate

  • Responsibility for reporting all vehicle accidents and incidents as they occur, ensuring that company procedures are adhered to in a timely manner

  • The management and supervision of resource to fulfil contract obligations and requirements

  • The management of all reports allocated to the contract
