Sous Chef Exciting Fresh Food restaurant Rosette Level £25K
One of north Manchester's most famed restaurants is looking for a sous chef! This site has won multiple awards for its quality of food and is currently undergoing a period of growth within its parent company.
The head chef will be stepping up into a group chef role and needs a strong and experienced senior sous to step into his shoes and run the kitchen 4 days a week for him. Over the course of the next 6 months this role will turn into a head chef role as the current head chef spends more time in the companies other sites.
The ideal candidate will have bags of enthusiasm for what they do. They will be natural leaders who can command the loyalty of their brigade. The menus are all prepared in house and successful candidates should feel comfortable writing exciting dishes that will appeal to the existing customer base while also enticing in new people to eat.
Along with a generous salary of £25K p/a, a very achievable bonus scheme is in place which involves hitting all the usual kitchen KPI's.
