Our client, a well established international wholesale business, is looking to recruit an Internal Sales Manager to join their team. This is a newly created position to develop and expand the current team of two to meet the business’ demands.

The role itself will involve managing a small sales team on a day to day basis including, training, developing and mentoring.

You will manage KPI’s working with the senior management team to deliver company objectives. In addition, you will be given your own accounts to manage and develop including both new and existing business.

As the Internal Sales Manager you must possess proven success within a similar B2B sales position, be willing to 'roll your sleeves up’ and 'get stuck in’, be forward thinking and keen to develop a team.
