An independent luxury retailer based in Sloane Square has been expanding its finance team and now has a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant to join their team of 4.
Your new role
Your new role with report directly into the financial controller and work in a team of 3. Duties will include (you will be trained on some elements but must have undertaken a similar role prior):
- Purchase ledger & sales ledger
- Daily customer payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile statements
- Processing and reconciling employee expenses
- Submitting quarterly VAT returns
- MEC Sales listing
- Vat return.
- Assist with posting Journals at Month end.
- Ad hoc office assistance
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have had experience in a similar role and a minimum of 6 months - 1 years experience in an industry or practice role. You will be hard working and possess exemplary etiquette in the workplace.
