Project & Events Coordinator
A superb opportunity to join a company that support medical communications projects and events.
You will be providing project and event support to the Client Services team which will involve supporting logistical delegate management for events, organising travel and accommodation; liaising with suppliers; preparing meeting materials; tracking project costs and updating schedules; coordinating and quality checking final artwork. You will also assist with proposal/budget development and provide general admin support to Account Managers.
Candidates are likely to be graduates with 1-2 years + experience in communications, B2B events or project work. An interest in organising business events is important. You must also be proficient in MS Office, have excellent planning and organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Good opportunity for long term progression.
