To provide a comprehensive front of house service ensuring the highest standard of service to both external and internal clients.
- Manage the switchboard
- Meeting and greeting in a professional manner.
- Organising and managing meeting rooms
- Providing refreshments
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
- Liaising with caterers
- Ordering breakfasts and lunches
- Assisting with events
- Ad-hoc travel to other offices
- Delivering high standards
- Previous reception experience gained within a professional and corporate environment
- Smart, presentable, articulate and friendly
- Able to use your own initiative
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a reliable and flexible approach to tackling a wide variety of tasks is required.
