As our Client continues to expand their business they find that they have a need to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant with Sales Ledger experience.
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Transactions and working as part of a team, we are looking to appoint someone who has a MINIMUM of 3 years experience or working in a fast paced / large company environment.
On a day to day basis you will work across;
- high volume processing of Sales Ledger Invoices
- query management and resolution
- assisting with Credit Control by Telephone / Letter and Email
- working to apply Legal Procedures
- working from an Aged Debt Listing - prioritising calls to make and planning own schedule
- processing Credit Notes
- ad hoc duties as required
Our Client uses Sage Line 50 and Excel - experience is an advantage but not essential.
This is a super role in a business that has ambitious and exciting plans for expansion and development!
