My client The Landlord's Pension are currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their expanding team.

Clients of this company are private individuals, often small business owners with an interest in property. Our clients generate a return on capital held in their pension fund through property investments that we market. We reach our target market through our website, social media, publications, property events we host or attend and by marketing to existing clients. Our clients invest on average in excess of £100,000 in each transaction they undertake.

The main duties required of the Marketing Manager are to successfully co-ordinate and manage all marketing as detailed below:

Immediate responsibility for generating new investment enquiries to the business by growing our existing presence online and through events the company hosts and attends.
The Marketing Manager will develop new strategies such as webinars and new national presentations. A headline strategy will include growing the online sub brand Loans 4 Directors from inception to success.
You will need experience in content creation, to include copy writing which will be delivered through social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. A working knowledge of these websites to enhance the company presence is a pre-requisite for the position available.

You will be responsible for managing the company website, it's content and increasing traffic to it. You will also be responsible for all marketing to existing clients.
The company would like to gain recognition through national awards and to increase its PR awareness. The Marketing Manager will assume responsibility for helping the company to achieve this.

The company currently hosts monthly property events and is also invited to speak at national property meetings. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for maintaining the content of the presentations being delivered by our speakers, and for creating new presentations. The Marketing Manager will also work with the Event Host and Event Co-ordinator to double the current attendance figures to over 200 guests each month.

The Company Director will require monthly ROI analysis reports.
