Regional Maintenance Manager
Our Regional Maintenance Managers are here help to ensure our estate of 130 Clubs across the UK are maintained to a high standard.
They build a strong relationship with our Club Management teams and our Regional Managers to ensure that all our Clubs operate to current legislation and inline with Company policy.
This role is covering central and the south of England.
You will be someone who has managed and supervised both unplanned and planned maintenance works across an estate whilst being a pivotal part in ensuring the management of contracts and key stakeholder are inline with budget and a seamless delivery of planned works is delivered with minimum distribution to the business.
You will be someone who has a key eye for detail to ensure periodical building surveys are done, budgets are kept to and health and safety records are maintained to both legal and company standards.
Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour
If you are someone who has the skills and experience of dealing with CAD and manual technical drawings, have worked with CAD based portfolio management and have sector experience of leisure maintenance this role could be for you!
A degree in building/surveying is ideal but not essential.
You must have a full UK driving licence for this role
