Sales opportunity?

2017 is going to be an interesting year for Apprenticeships with the Government Levy in place. This will affect employers in all sectors whereby business with a paybill in excess of £3 million will be charged 0.5%, which is then set aside specifically for Apprenticeships.

QAA offers employers programmes to not only take on young learners but upskill their current employees by offering Apprenticeships in Systems & Networking, Software Development, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Leadership & Management and Cyber Security.

What is the role?

As an established sales person, your experience in generating and growing new accounts will be invaluable to increasing our client base.

Using your business development and customer relationship skills, your role is vital in helping Learners onto new and exciting career paths. Energising existing employees with new skills and helping business’ grow & develop the most important parts of their organisation… the people who make it happen!

How will we support you?

Whether you have industry experience or not, we have a dedicated five month training programme to help you understand the services we provide as well as support from our senior staff like Billy. Billy has been with the business almost 4 years and has seen QAA grow from a small regional team, to a national presence.

Billy has also worked his way up through the business from Account Manager, Team Leader and now Sales Manager. Hopefully this proves that QAA rewards hard work and promote from within which is great news for you, as we will be looking for people to become team Leaders within a year.

Financial package and benefits

We understand that as an experienced sales professional you are not easy to prise away from the success you have built, therefore we are offering a base salary up to £30,000 per annum, £10,000 commission (uncapped), Private Pension as well as 25 days holiday, 2 days paid Charity work each year for a charity of your choice (which we actively encourage), 3 days of additional training which does not need to be relevant to your role from our very own course selection (1,500 to be precise), subsidised gym membership and cycle to work scheme (for those who are already down the gym or for those that have put it on their new year’s resolution).

Must have’s (We do need the following):

  • Proven business development experience - generating new business and growing accounts
  • Experience cold calling
  • Customer service & retention
  • Driving licence + own car
  • That’s it!
