Suite Hub is a specialist global booking agency for serviced apartments - an exciting fast growing industry. We are a small fast growing team based in lovely offices along the river Thames in Maidenhead.
We are growing rapidly and seek a full or part-time finance administrator (prefferably with some accountancy experience) to take control of all the agency's financial systems running on the XERO platform.
You will be naturally inquisitive with an analytical approach to financial matters within the business. It goes without saying that attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are essential in this role. Candidates should have a proactive approach with a 'can do’ attitude, with the ability to identify and solve problems in a considered manner.
Duties to include:
Keeping all bank accounts reconciled
Weekly pay runs to our suppliers
Daily credit control to manage cashflow
Quarterly VAT returns.
Submitting payroll journals.
Our accounts are run in XERO, so we are looking for someone with good knowledge of the system. A minimum of three years’ at Finance Assistant level (the ideal candidate will have experience of working within a small organisation, where your experience covers a wide range of finance related activities)
Hours of Work 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (there may be some flexibility on start and finish times). We can also potentially offer 9:00 - 3:00pm Monday - Friday.
Candidates must be able to drive to work each day.
