Accountable Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for an industry leading services company based in Crewe. Reporting into the Financial Controller this is a hands on role, working with high volumes within a fantastic, down to earth team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices and credit notes- high volumes
  • Obtain the appropriate signatures from the Business unit departments
  • Maintain appropriate filing system for the Purchase ledger invoices.
  • Assist with processing of cheque payments with regard to customer refunds and creditors invoices
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Ad hoc duties when required
  • Carry out Purchase reconciliations as required.
  • Following up any queries regarding Purchase Ledge and resolving them.
