Purchase Ledger Clerk
Accountable Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for an industry leading services company based in Crewe. Reporting into the Financial Controller this is a hands on role, working with high volumes within a fantastic, down to earth team.
- Process purchase invoices and credit notes- high volumes
- Obtain the appropriate signatures from the Business unit departments
- Maintain appropriate filing system for the Purchase ledger invoices.
- Assist with processing of cheque payments with regard to customer refunds and creditors invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Ad hoc duties when required
- Carry out Purchase reconciliations as required.
- Following up any queries regarding Purchase Ledge and resolving them.
