My client, the world's leading Investment Bank seek a C++ developer to join there award winning development team for a new project.



You will be working to develop their front office trading platform in FX which will also include you working with high performance systems and learning low latency techniques, down to microseconds. The role will also be completely Greenfield-an area introduced with high importance as they want to redevelop the whole of the platforms to match that of the EU and US standards. You will have a chance to interact with different areas of the business gaining useful front office exposure specialising in FX.



The successful candidate must be experienced in developing for and managing real-time, large scale systems and also have in depth knowledge of high availability multi-threading programming. You must also come from a financial services/banking background to be considered for this role.



The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of C/C++ and have extensive commercial experience in software development on UNIX. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is advantageous. In return my client is offering an excellent salary plus benefits. (There is no tax on your first 40% of earnings)
