As a Product Manager your role will be to produce and own the full product roadmap. Identify challenges with the customer journey and recommend improvements, using feedback for customers and colleagues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager who is able to work well under pressure, manage the entire product suite and take their careers to the next level within an exciting and passionate business that is currently performing at the highest end of the market.

You will:
• Lead the product development cycle, providing a reference point for new initiatives and products under development to agreed volume and profitability targets
• Take responsibility for all product programs including Cash Management, Trade, Treasury and Lending
• Support the objectives and income targets detailed within the business plan, complete competitor analysis and build first line capabilities for product governance and risk assessments on new product initiatives
• Present your strategy to partners and shareholders. You’ll outline how you plan to achieve your objective and lay out the potential risk and opportunities. You will be required to meet with clients and understand their interests
• Management of the commercials, pricing, risk and customer processes associated with these products
• Pitch you product to third-party vendors. You may have to travel often in order to meet with customers and potential clients.
• Prepare detailed and inspirational campaign briefs to deliver the marketing planning requirements and business needs

You will have:
• Experience of creating new propositions and landing complex change projects
• Experience of managing banking products
• Understanding conducts risk, compliance and credit risk
• Excellent and proven relationship management, organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience of working in Banking, Payments, Credits, Transactional Banking, Cash Management, Liquidity, Money, Payments
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business administration
• Experience of writing and presenting product risk assessments to senior stakeholders and committees.
• Extensive knowledge of Finance and Marketing
• Working knowledge of MCD, MMR, BCOC AND MCOB rules.
