Commis Pastry Chef - Modern British Restaurant, Central London

Salary up to £20K

We are currently looking for talented and passionate Commis Pastry Chefs for a gorgeous award-winning British restaurant in Central London. Served in a relaxed and inviting setting, they offer an incredible menu of modern, fresh, seasonal British dishes.

Working under the Senior Pastry Chef, the Commis will need to be very strong and will need to be confident in helping to run the restaurant’s pastry and desert section. They must have a creative flair and experience in molecular techniques would be advantageous.

We need a Commis Pastry Chef who is looking to develop and learn. You will be joining an establishment which hosts a strong team of exceptionally talented culinary experts.

Applicants for this role will need to have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a Rosette/Michelin Star establishment, working with modern British desserts and with proven stability.
