Recruit121 are pleased to be working with a large organisation based in Newport who are looking to add a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their growing team in Newport. The successful candidate will carry out the following tasks:

  • High volume of invoice processing
  • Matching, batching, and coding of all supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Process payments to suppliers
  • Reconciliations of all supplier statements
  • Liaise with other departments and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
  • Ad-hoc duties when required

The successful applicant will have the following skills:

  • Be methodical with their approach
  • Efficient with systems and good with Excel
  • Experience working within a finance department
