Due to continued success and ambitious growth plans we now have an opportunity for a Sales Executive - B2B Sales Advisor to come and join our vibrant the team.

Sales Executive / Telesales Consultant / B2B Telesales Agent that has an excellent telephone manner and experience with the full 360 sales process.

KEY REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have a professional and confident telephone manner with the ability to sell, close and account manage. Any previous experience selling within a Business-to-Business environment would be highly desirable.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Primarily the function of this role is to sell the company’s products and services. You will be required to be a focal point between the organisation and your clients, ensuring this relationship is of the highest standard.

As a Sales Executive you will negotiate on price, delivery and products in order to close a sale whilst handling customers objections effectively.

This is a target driven role, you will be targeted on various factors including calls (in and outbound calls), profit and new business

You will be trained on our in house systems, products and policies. Training will also be given on pricing mechanisms which will allow you to be an advisory to your clients and to identify areas to maximise your profit margins and opportunities.

Motivation and excellent communications skills are a key requirement to this role. You will be expected to build rapport and adapt your processes to meet individual account requirements. Attention to details and being organised are also a key functions to this role.

Other responsibilities would include:

  • Reviewing your own sales performance and work with team leaders to grow your own profit margins and client base.
  • Maintain your accounts and ensure smooth running of your accounts
  • Chase debts
  • Liaise with technical divisions and environmental departments if you have a customer requirement
  • Providing quotes and inputting orders
  • Keeping CRM up to date
