Ritz Recruitment are delighted to assist a globally recognised financial investment company with their search for a Corporate EA and Office Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a dynamic and fast paced organisation. This is a permanent full time role, paying £30,000 - £50,000 with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Based in their offices near London Liverpool Street you will be responsible for providing seamless support to the Managing Director and will oversee the corporate office function, including project management and high-level relationship management. The successful EA / Office Executive will be expected to anticipate and respond to competing priorities, set the agenda for the board meetings and to ensure the Directors have oversight of the organisations activities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years solid Executive Assistant experience, ideally within the financial / investment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing sufficient EA support to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors - including diary management, international travel, meeting control, CRM management and expenses
  • Act as the ambassador of the organisation and respond to key contacts on behalf of the MD
  • Manage the corporate office including operational planning and delivery
  • Prepare and collate documentation as and when required including researching, producing, formatting and proof reading of reports, abstracts and presentations
  • Responsible for preparing meeting agendas, arranging committee meetings and minute taking
  • Assist in coordinating cross-organisational projects
  • Assist with organisation wide initiatives and events, including training activities, away days and staff events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Directors Group


Person Specification:

  • Solid experience of providing Executive support to a CEO or MD, ideally with some experience of providing broader support to a corporate office.
  • Experience in a proactive and diverse role, with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Ability to influence senior members of staff
  • Able to build key relationships internally and externally on behalf of the organisation
  • Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines with a positive and flexible approach
  • Excellent understanding and application of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, using a range of Microsoft apps including, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Approachable, with a straightforward demeanour
  • Pragmatic, proactive and solution driven approach
