Trainee Account Handler
Hamilton Fraser Insurance is an independent insurance services provider who specialise in medical malpractice and landlord insurance for the private rented and cosmetic sectors.
Due to expansion we are now looking for a proactive, motivated individual to become part of our dedicated Property Insurance team. The role of Trainee Account Handler will see you learn how to manage and develop the Property Account to assist with the achievement of the company's targets. The role will see you mainly dealing with inbound customer queries and providing quotes for Landlord Insurance. A tailored training package will be provided to enable you to manage all queries effectively.
As you will play a key role in ensuring we hit our targets the successful candidate will preferably have previous experience within a customer service or sales environment as well as having the drive and self motivation to achieve target. As well as a base salary the company offers a commission scheme where you will receive a percentage of all policies you sell.
The role will be based in our new, state of the art offices in Borehamwood, conveniently located near to the M25 & A1 and walking distance from Elstree & Borehamwood station. Hours of work will be 37.5 per week between 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
