Our client is a charity providing independent advocacy to vulnerable adults across the Yorkshire and Humberside area. We are a fast moving organisation that`s constantly evolving and their employees believe it is a great place to work.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible and values based individual to join our team as Director of Business Operations.

Job Description

Responsible directly to the CEO, the post-holder will take overall responsibility for the business operations of the organisation, providing strategic and operational direction for our Head Office functions. The post-holder will ensure that the organisation is prepared to deal with the challenges of providing effective and efficient services that maximise our impact in helping people to have a voice, speak up for themselves and be heard.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior management team of a growing advocacy organisation, delivering a wide range of services to vulnerable people across the North of England.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week. You will be based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, although the role will require some travel across the North of England
