A successful and reputable company based in North Wales require a German-Speaking Account Co-ordinator due to continued expansion. The German-Speaking Account Co-ordinator candidate must be fluent in German and have previous Account Management/Customer Service/Sales experience as well as the ability to find and generate new business in line with company strategy. The company are looking for a candidate with an enthusiastic, proactive approach and someone who is keen to develop relationships and revenue with a portfolio of accounts. The German-Speaking Account Co-ordinator due role is one that requires exceptional customer focus and an individual who continuously looks for improvements on behalf of customers.

To apply for the German-Speaking Account Co-ordinator you must have a minimum of 1 year`s sales experience within a B2B or B2C environment and be fluent in German to business level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a well-rounded understanding of the region including customer needs & requirements, working closely with other departments to achieve this
  • Manage key accounts, maintain a long-term relationship with all accounts and maximise any sales opportunities
  • Pro-actively manage customer expectations and service delivery by anticipating potential problems and monitor satisfaction
  • Generate new business in line with regional strategy
  • Maximise revenue by exploring all sales opportunities and highlight new prospective business to manager
  • General administration of accounts to include; processing sales orders and credits and liaising with other internal departments
  • Occasional travel internationally and nationally. The German-Speaking Account Co-ordinator role is primarily office based but will require occasional site visits
