Client Manager - Private Office - contract
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Client Manager to help lead an exciting new project within the world's finest automotive company. The established Private Office based in Chichester sits within the global retail division of the company, looking after our client's existing and prospective customers.
The team orchestrates and curates a high-touch client contact and experience programme in order to convert and nurture members of this exclusive part of the business. Attention to detail, and the ability to surprise and delight their highly discerning and particular clientele whilst implementing a structured and targeted contact programme is key.
The position is offered on a contract until end December 2017 with the view to being renewed on a 1 year contract.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Working closely with the team in London to fulfil the contract and exceed our client's expectations.
Learn about and understand the client, their way of working and the motivations and behaviour of their clientele.
Liaise directly and efficiently with the Private Office's clientele, impressing them with thoughtfulness, efficiency and understanding.
Conceptualise and implement best practice for client management procedures, helping the Private Office deliver exemplary customer service and thus build strong relationships.
Managing clients through their experience from first contact with the brand all the way through to purchase and beyond.
Help bring potential buyers to the facility at Goodwood in order to showcase the product and the way it is manufactured and assist with the buying process.
Travel as and when necessary to personally look after clients and take part in events and exercises being conducted by our client.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 5pm with a 30 minute break for lunch.
An outstanding pedigree in customer service, commensurate with the expectations of both the clientele and client.
Thoughtful and precise written and oral communications skills.
Fluent English essential.
Additional language skills highly desirable, particularly Italian.
A good level of IT skills including MS Office and Salesforce experience with CRM management is desirable, reporting and analysis key to the role.
The role would suit an Events Manager, Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, Lifestyle Manager, Concierge Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or similar who is used to dealing with UHNWI / celebrities in a prestigious working environment.
