Our client are a Promotional Merchandise company are on the lookout for the following people: - Sales account managers , account managers, sales support account managers, account sales Administrators, customer care Executives, Sales Support, Sales Support Coordinators and Customer Care, Sales Support Assistants.

Our client are a Creative Promotional Merchandise company who have been at the forefront of the branded business gift market for over 25 years. Supplying big brand names, from Arcadia to Zipcar, has helped create a name within the industry that is synonymous with creativity, reliability and value for money. They design and create innovative promotional business gifts as well as supply a standard range of over 2000 products in our business gift catalogue.

They are looking for high energy, articulate, bright and friendly account managers with a good commercial brain to join the team. With a huge database of live and lapsed customers that need to be maintained and re-energised, you will need to have a great telephone manner and love to chat to people. You need to be well organised, have a friendly bubbly outgoing personality and want to work in a fun lively entrepreneurial environment.

As an Account Manager your main duties will include;

  • Customer Service:

Calling regular customers as well as lapsed accounts from our large database and establishing a warm friendly relationship with the aim of re-engaging old customers.

  • Order Processing:

Oversee production of order from start through to delivery. Liaise between Client and supplier to ensure the correct goods arrive with the client on time.

Generate purchase orders and acknowledgements on Promos.

Book and chase deliveries.

Update production manager & order folder.

Deal with internal & external queries as they arise.

  • Artwork:

Liaise with client, supplier and design studio to ensure correct artwork is supplied to supplier.

Proof logo to client and send approval to supplier.

  • Trouble shooting:

Deal with a wide range of problems as they occur; for example courier and production issues

Deal with customer complaints accordingly

Generate correspondence as and when necessary
