A leading family owned business who specialise in the manufacturing of technical based products are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their established small sales team.

Our client manufacture the products locally and trade on an international level with a key customer base throughout the middle east and UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join this growing company.

The role of Sales Co-ordinator will be varied and we are looking for a people person who is exceptional at building strong business relationships.

You will be responsible for handling the whole sales process which will involve -

1. Taking inbound enquiries from customers via phone or email
2. Discussing the customer requirements in detail taking all relevant information down via order forms.
3. Liaise with manufacturing department to discuss pricing and product availability timeframes
4. Act as the client account contact throughout the pricing, manufacture and delivery stages ensuring the customer is kept upto date and fully aware of the stages of their order.
5. Conduct follow up calls to existing clients to increase sales within the business
6. Make outbound calls to lapsed customers to discuss any future needs
7. Make outbound calls to discuss the company and products to new customers using the customer database. The aim of these calls is to find out relevant contact information, which company they currently use for the applicable products, what products they currently order/use and to provide relevant information to the decision maker on the company.
8. Send out company information to target clients and follow up on this
9. Manage your sales pipeline
10. Work towards KPI targets set by the business.

The role is a complete 360 degree sales position where you will be dealing with a substantial amount of inbound calls, taking orders, sales order processing, making outbound calls to new, lapsed and existing customers.

The ideal person will have previous sales experience but the most important thing is a passion for exceeding people's expectations and confident at building relationships. 

Full product and industry training will be given alongside an in depth induction.
